Here are a few shots from a Mendhi celebration I recently attended.  I was assisting a friend and up and coming photographer Aleem Notta.  I really love henna so this session was a huge treat.

On Saturday July 17th at the Old Mill in Toronto Rei and Marie joined hands and committed their lives to one another.  Their wedding was a morning wedding and boy  was it a hot one; the second hottest day so far on record for the summer.   Rei and Marie left no detail overlooked, the venue was fantastic and the guests enjoyed  the beautiful sound of the steel pan as the ceremony was underway.

The day  was filled with laughter, love and even some happy tears.  It was a day I’m sure the bride and groom won’t soon forget.  It was my pleasure to be a part of it and I am forever grateful.
