Here are a few snapshots from a past Short and Sweet Session.  This little one is just a bunch of super cuteness.  This session was beautiful because it was a celebration of the everyday moments, the ones we take for granted but miss terribly once our little one’s blossom and grow.

So its New Years eve and another year is about to begin…  The New Year always brings a new start and reminds us of what is possible; for me the perfect representation of that  is a newborn.  Newborns come into the world and they are the embodiment of hope, they also exude love and light.  So as I look to a new beginning I thought, what better way to remind us of all that is possible than by looking through the eyes of little Addy.  Today is always a new day, we can stop and start over and figure out where we want to go from here.  This time of year is my slow season and having this time off  is a blessing for me, as it allows me to sit and think of where I have been and where I want to go next.

The Short and Sweet Session below took place when Addy was ten days old.  The midwife just happened to stop by while I was there, making this session extra special for me as I was able to document one of her first check ups.

I wish you all a very happy and prosperous new year, may you take the time to appreciate where you are and may all your dreams for the new year come true.
