When is my deposit due?
The Session fee is due upon scheduling to reserve your spot. If the fee has not been received within one week of scheduling, the spot will be released.

What should I wear?
Our passion is in capturing you and your family authentically so that means come as yourself, wear what makes you comfortable.  Most of our sessions are outdoor in really fun settings so that we can truly capture the essence of each member of the family.

What happens if I can’t make the session?
If you need to reschedule due to illness or other unforeseen incidents, please give as much notice as possible. Should you need to cancel your session, the creative fee is only refundable if a minimum of 7 days notice has been given. Otherwise, the creative fee is non refundable.

When do I pay for my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products, full payment is required when you make your final order selections.

Why do our albums and image boxes take 6 weeks for delivery?
Everything that we do at beautiful images is custom designed to meet the needs of your family.  We believe that love is in the details and we work really hard to produce quality products that truly reflect you.

Important Details:

File storage
After 30 days, the files for all ordered images will be stored for one year. All other files will be purged from our system.

All images remain the sole copyright of Gina Ayanna and Beautiful Images Photography. We reserve the right to use them in our advertising or on our website.  The purchasing of digital files is solely for personal use. Images taken by Gina Ayanna cannot be used in competitions, editorial or commercial work without her written consent. All images are protected by Copyright laws, it is unlawful to reproduce them in any and all manners–including, but not limited to, scanning, screen capture and photocopy.
